NEMORI is an online sales platform for home furnishing accessories. NEMORI offers pieces of the highest quality, made by the skilled hands of Italian artisans on the basis of a specific design project that we make specifically.
We design pieces of design, sometimes in limited pieces, sometimes unique pieces of each product.
PRODUCT
The products are made exclusively in the workshops of artisans and artists. The NEMORI team seeks to optimize the entire production chain and especially transport in order to create products that are environmentally friendly at all stages of production. He therefore searches for the best raw material, first of all in the laboratory of the individual craftsmen. This ensures compliance with our mission, to create exclusive pieces of furniture that are themselves the union between the artisan experience, the raw material and the will of our customers to enrich their rooms and houses with valuable pieces.
Each phase of the creation of individual products, but also of packaging, choice of packaging and routes for moving the goods, is carried out ensuring that our craftsmen respect ethical principles and the utmost care for the environment around us. For NEMORI this is an obligation.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
NEMORI accepts all types of electronic payments (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), but also Google Pay and Apple Pay.
All data entered during the order confirmation remain safe and guarded through the most advanced and widespread technologies available on the market. Our online store relies on Shopify Payments for this, a payment method integrated into the same platform. The platform in addition to meeting the PSD2 requirements, integrates an additional security method, called 3D-Secure. It adds an authentication step for online payments by redirecting the user to the card issuer's domain, then returning to the online store domain to complete the payment. No, the account is not necessary. However, the registration process is simple, free, and fast. In the future, a loyalty program called 'Nemori Rewards' will be available, and if you want to enjoy the benefits that will be offered, you can sign up. In addition to receiving periodic information about our products and discounts, you can accumulate points for certain actions performed on the website.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Nemori ships to all EU countries, but we are working to garatee next in the future shipping all over the world.
Many products benefit from free shipping when cart amount is over €100. However shipping cost is calculated at checkout for fragile or bulky products.

If the product is labeled as 'ready for shipping,' it will be shipped to the customer within a maximum of 4 or 5 days. Rest assured that we always make every effort to ensure both speed and accuracy. We guarantee not only a product that has passed our quality control, but also proper packaging in line with our service standards.
If the product is marked as 'to be made/crafted' it means that it needs to be specifically produced for you by our craftsmen or artists. In this case, I recommend checking the production times directly on the product page.

You can report any requests to change your address by sending an email to hello@nemorihome.com. We are always available to verify the feasibility of taking charge of the change. This change will be confirmed or not to the e-mail address from which the request was made.
NEMORI accepts returns only for products in perfect condition, not damaged, with no signs of use. The products must be accompanied by the same NEMORI packaging and must contain all the accessories, labels, postcards, brochures, packaging, originally present inside the box. The packaging must be properly sealed. Any failure will be charged to the customer, upon communication via email, and deducted from any amount to be refunded.
The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods, by sending an email to return@nemorihome.com, indicating the order number, the name of the product / s., The reasons for the return, attaching at least 3 photos of each product. Within 24 hours, our Customer Service will reply to you with the return authorization and an identification number. We will organize the collection of the goods according to your availability.
Always keep in mind that the product, to be accepted by NEMORI and have access to the refund, must return to our warehouses within 20 days of the return request. Return Shipping is free.
Once the returned products arrive at our warehouses and are accepted, the refund request will be processed.
The refund will be available to the customer within approximately 10 days of processing the request, but these times may vary and depend on the payment circuit used.
In most cases we are unable to make changes or cancellations of orders, but we are still available to evaluate their feasibility if necessary.
