NEMORI accepts returns only for products in perfect condition, not damaged, with no signs of use. The products must be accompanied by the same NEMORI packaging and must contain all the accessories, labels, postcards, brochures, packaging, originally present inside the box. The packaging must be properly sealed. Any failure will be charged to the customer, upon communication via email, and deducted from any amount to be refunded. The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods, by sending an email to return@nemorihome.com, indicating the order number, the name of the product / s., The reasons for the return, attaching at least 3 photos of each product. Within 24 hours, our Customer Service will reply to you with the return authorization and an identification number. We will organize the collection of the goods according to your availability. Always keep in mind that the product, to be accepted by NEMORI and have access to the refund, must return to our warehouses within 20 days of the return request. Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
