To be eligible to earn Nemori Rewards points you nedd a Nemori account. So, if you have already signed up, there are no extra steps required.

You can view your Nemori Rewards points in the rewards portal by accessing the link that will be made available after your first purchase as a registered user on nemorihome.com.

Credits from the Nemori Rewards Program, only if approved by Nemori, can be used on your next purchase at nemorihome.com directly on the Checkout page by logging into your account.

If you make a return on an item (or items) purchased with your reward points, the points will be returned to your account in the rewards portal. You can look for your points by scrolling in the rewards portal.

Yes, your points and any credits earned with Nemori Rewards do expire. They are valid for a 12-month period from the time of approval. The credits earned can only be used for purchasing products on nemorihome.com.
